Bullit overlaped with Jiraffe and calling room to duck a train of boats, Jiraffe acknowledge and say they will give room. Whilst ducking Narwhal they have a collision being forced into a tack. Bullit then stuck with no room to avoid a collision with Jiraffe. All 3 boats retired with damage. We believe Jiraffe broke r.19.2
