after boat la pericolosa (#56) came on port and foul us in the top mark (first upwnd) they tack and now as a windward boat and us leeward boat they kept coming down on top of us.
despite the penalty they got (la pericolosa) the reason we are protesting them is because with have damage on the starboard side
