following the incident of HEAT. In the last race, we had a situation between 4 boats at the downwind mark. A boat went inside boat whil he had no room and get penalised.
in this situation, we had to give room to the boat HEAT, but we had a contact as we tried to avoid the contact with the leeward boat (numb. 58) that needed to leave us some room.
In this situation, boat numb 58 did not allowed us to give enough place to HEAD for rounding the bottom gate.
